Basic Safety Rules for town residents

On the road

Cross the road according to all the rules, and under no circumstances leave them. When driving, follow the rules, carefully monitor the situation on the road and do not be distracted by anything. As a pedestrian and as a driver, you must be mindful of everyone's road safety. It is very important to react in time when meeting animals on the road! Both small and large animals can create a serious problem.

AT THE POLICE STATION OF THE CITY OF VSEVLADSK, EVERYONE CAN RECEIVE A BOOK ABOUT TRAFFIC RULES WITH COMMENTS AND ILLUSTRATIONS FOR FREE

In ordinary life

Remember that even in everyday life you need to be careful. Pay attention to the documents you sign. Follow the events that happen in the town. If you find any suspicious items, please report them to the appropriate persons. If you see that someone needs your help, do not be indifferent and give it to the person in need. If you meet a suspicious person or receive a suspicious phone call, as well as if you find strange and threatening signs on your territory and/or in your direction, report it to us IMMEDIATELY!

WHILE YOU NEED TO STAY VIGILANT, DO NOT FORGET THAT IT IS YOUR LIFE AND YOU SHOULD NOT RUIN IT BY STAYING IN TENSION! LIVE AT YOUR PLEASURE

In your home

While in your home, try to make it safe. Each door that allows access to the house from the outside must have a lock or several. Wickets and gates, including entrance ones, must also have locks. Locks should also be on the doors to rooms that contain something very valuable. Locks can also be installed on drawers that contain valuables. Safes must be hidden from view. To ensure greater security, install a video surveillance system and alarm sensors. Try to cover all windows with curtains. If you detect a threat on your property, call the police immediately!

At night

Safety rules remain the same, but at night they are still subject to some changes. Never be left in the dark! In a dark area, not only a threat may be lurking, but also an attack on you, unnoticed by others, may occur. Therefore, it is always important to keep a light source close to you or stay close to street lights. Don't stay on the night street for too long! Typically, the danger increases as darkness falls, given the time of year. The average time from which the street becomes dangerous is 8 pm. Particularly dangerous hours are from 11 to 4 am. The street becomes safe around 6-7 am. If you have to go out at night, try not to walk alone! If going out with someone else is not possible, then while walking, try not to stray from your path. Look around often, stopping if necessary. Keep all possible light sources visible. Gradually increase or decrease the pace of your step. Don't forget to look at your feet so you don't accidentally fall and get injured! Try to return home or to your destination as soon as possible! If you feel persecuted, take all possible measures to protect yourself and NEVER SHOW YOUR FEAR!

Try to never be outside your home at night.
